For our retail sales department we are looking for an early date Key User (m/w/d) for INFOR LN Sales / Support As a key user INFOR LN Sales / Support, you are an expert in administration, development, training and process optimization. You strengthen the team trade in the further development of internal and external interfaces. You are also a link between the department and our IT management.

Continuous design of development processes and processes based on practical experience Specification, implementation and implementation of software tests on different integration stages and their documentation Interface to IT specialists including the development of solutions according to project description Conception and implementation of digitalization solutions Ensuring the execution of business processes and their optimization Creation of solution concepts and their processing (error management, article master, order management) Creation of specific reporting Construction and maintenance of process descriptions and training documents Support of the sales team’s end users

Complete study of economic informatics, economics, computer science or BWL or commercial training with further qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in these areas Communicate team player with structured and analytical thinking and high self-initiative Very good and fast understanding and flexibility German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good IT knowledge (including MS Office knowledge and knowledge in an ERP system, ideally in INFOR LN) and high affinity for new media
