Tool mechanic (m/w/d)

Production and maintenance of tools: They manufacture and maintain complex injection moulds, punching and forming tools as well as devices and assemblies according to technical drawings and models.

Error analysis and repair: They identify malfunctions and defects in tools and carry out independent repairs and maintenance work to ensure a smooth production process.

Quality test: They test the finished tools and components for dimensional accuracy and functionality by means of the most modern measuring means and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.

Optimization and improvement: They actively contribute to the optimization of tools and manufacturing processes and bring their own ideas to increase efficiency.

Machine operation: They operate and equip conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools (e.g. milling, grinding, eroding).

Completed training: A successfully completed training as a tool mechanic (m/w/d), mould builder (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification.

Professional experience: Ideally, you will bring first professional experience in the field of tool and mold construction, especially in the field of injection molding.

Technical understanding: You have a strong technical understanding and can read and implement technical drawings.

Craftsmanship: A careful, precise and independent way of working distinguishes you.

Team skills: You like to work in the team and are ready to share your knowledge with colleagues.

Layer readiness: The readiness to work in the layer system (depending on customer requirements) is advantageous.
