Our system landscape is growing and we are facing exciting ways: Our SuccessFactors platform will grow even more technologically with core-HR systems such as Employee Central (EC). At the same time, our requirements for quality, compliance and functional scope are continuously increasing. In order to master all this, our platform team needs real enhancement in the “Learning & People Development” product.

You are part of our platform team and together with us, you are responsible for key topics around the SuccessFactors platform and adjacent HR systems. You take responsibility in running operation: From sound system configuration to systematic testing to 3rd level support, you contribute to a stable and high-quality operation. You drive forward issues such as authorization structures, identity & access management (IAM) and the clean integration of connected HR systems. You make us more efficient: With increasing requirements, you’ll question existing working methods, identify potentials for standardization and automation and implement this hands-on. You evaluate new features, technologies and best practices and make concrete improvements to the further development of our platform. You are responsible for compliance with governance and quality requirements and have the impact on connected systems and our users.

Technical depth: You have well-founded practical experience in the administration and further development of SAP SuccessFactors and know you deeply with the platform basics and authorization concepts (RBP).

Your self-understanding: You go to the ground for complex problems, but you know exactly when it's time to get the team for feedback. Growing scope is not a stress factor for you, but an incentive to simplify things.

Background: You have successfully completed an economic, information or technology-oriented study (or a comparable qualification) and brings fluent German and very good English skills.

Ideally, you can convince us with the following points: You already bring experience with system integrations and interfaces to adjacent HR systems. You already had points of contact with the Identity & Access Management (IAM) in the HR context. Topics such as test automation or clever automation in the platform and admin environment have been looked at more closely in the ideal case. First insights into the interaction of the platform with Employee Central (EC) are a strong plus.
