Coordinator & Efficiency Drivers – You control work orders independently, plan personnel and material use efficiently and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Quality expert – you monitor construction partners and suppliers, optimize the yield potential and secure the construction site result. Security & Sustainability – You ensure compliance with all occupational safety and environmental regulations and ensure safe, sustainable construction site operation.

What we wish: (m/d), architect (w/m/d) or technical/handcrafted training with further training to the technician (w/m/d) or master (w/m/d). Industriekenner – experience in construction management, ideally in the field of high and low construction. Digital affinity & future-oriented – Good knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as design-specific applications, ideally iTWO. You have very good knowledge of German and have good English skills or are motivated to further develop them.
