Supporting a production and sales location: You are the first contact person for executives and employees in all operational HR topics.

Partners:in focus for our managers: You advise on labour law, personal and organizational issues.

Constructive cooperation with employee representatives and internal stakeholders: You maintain a trusted exchange with works councils and work closely with relevant interfaces.

Implementation of personal topics: You coordinate cooperation with our HR departments (e.g. Recruiting, Development, Payroll & Administration).

Designing HR processes, projects and tools: You actively contribute to the further development of existing and the introduction of new (international) HR instruments.

Support of change processes: You support change processes and promote a positive development culture.

Contribution to the implementation of our HR strategy “Business driven – People focused”: You actively shape the future of our staff work.

A completed study with HR focus or a commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in an international production company (e.g. FMCG, Pharma) Knowledge of individual and collective labour law and experience in cooperation with works councils Communication strength, initiative and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style Joy of teamwork, readiness to travel and excellent knowledge of German and English Secure handling of MS Office, ideally SAP HCM English language skills
