Event Logistics Coordinator / Air & Ocean Freight Logistics Manager – Hybrid (m/f/d)

For our location in Bremen we are looking for you as: Operations Coordinator Event Logistics (m/w/d) with the possibility to work hybrid / mobile.

Operational logistics control: coordination and handling of all import and export shipments by air and sea freight including the associated customs processes Event- & on-site consultation: holistic planning and accompaniment of event logistics directly at international venues (e.g. Amsterdam, Barcelona, Munich) and monitoring of load-mile delivery Interface communication: Reliable coordination with customers, internal departments, the Operations Director and external service providers for punctual delivery Agiles problem management: independent, fast solution finding and prioritization with short-term operational challenges

Training & Qualification: Complete commercial training – e.g. as a merchant / saleswoman for forwarding and logistics services, shipping businessman / -wife, air transport businessman / -wife, merchant / merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Finded practice in air and sea freight logistics as well as detectable knowledge in import, export and customs procedures Language knowledge: German and English in word and writing; Other languages (e.g. Spanish or Dutch) are a plus Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with high decision-making competence – even in dynamic situations under time pressure Flexibility & readiness: willingness to attend occasional business trips and flexible working hours (including evening and weekend rates depending on the event plan)
