Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Financial accounting: Own processing, collection and documentation of receipts, credits and other accounting documents Examination of invoices and preparation of accounts, cost centers, cost centers, projects and third parties and coordination of the digital release process Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and participation in internal and external audits, in particular audits Cooperation with external tax consultancy Monitoring of open items, account periods and payment dates, and participation in payment and reminding Examination of accounting documents and maintenance of master data and electronic documentation Active cooperation in building and developing internal financial and accounting processes and their digitalisation Third-party management: Support for the monitoring of flows and project control Reports of budgets and consultation of project management on cost planning Invoicing and calls for funds in consultation with all parties Creation of proofs of use and final accounts Leadership of third-party funds and archiving

You ideally bring the following: A completed industrial university study, a completed commercial vocational training (focus on accounting) or a completed training as a tax specialist Vocational experience in the field of preparatory accounting, ideally experience in the management of public funds and third-party funds (admission to third-party management possible) A high affinity for numbers and a structured, careful and reliable way of working Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel German knowledge of at least C1 level and English knowledge of at least B2 level Interest in the further development of administrative processes and on digitization issues Communication and team skills, initiative, awareness of responsibility and reliability
