As a working student (m/w/d), you will be self-employed after your introduction and will support us over the total recruitment process. The switching of jobs, the visualization of jobs, the time-coor­dina­tion of presentations, and the production of contracts are among your tasks. In addition, you will assist the staff department in all the personal operations in the training of employees, from employment to exit (e.g. the establishment of contracts and certificates, data management with SAP or the provision of evidence). You will also coordinate your studies. Participation in day-to-day operations and in actual HR projects completes your task.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) in the fourth semester at least in the department of economics or a comparable course of study with the gravity of personnel. Ideally, you are already bringing first results in a personal statement. You are communicative, have fun working in the team and have a self-employed and targeted way of working. Good German and English skills as well as safe handling of current MS Office applications complete your profile.
