Support of the purchasing team in the planning, control and implementation of purchasing processes Preparation and preparation of order dates and collection meetings Maintenance and evaluation of purchase and article data (e.g. prices, delivery dates, quantities) Communication with suppliers and internal interfaces (e.g. sales, logistics, visual merchandising) Support for goods demand planning and disposition Creation of reports, analyses and presentations on sales and assortment development Control of delivery dates and support in complaint and pattern handling General administrative activities in the purchasing sector

completed commercial training or studies in the field of fashion, textile management, business management or comparable First professional experience in shopping, ideally advantageous in fashion or fashion retail Extensive interest in fashion, trends and assortments Very good organizational skills and a structured and careful way of working Analytical numerical understanding and safe handling of key figures Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Communication strength and team capacity Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
