Franchise Performance Manager (m/f/d)

You enter our franchise partners from the opening day and accompany their long-term economic development. You analyze sales, key figures and evaluations, recognize vulnerabilities early on and guide the causes together with the partner. You develop concrete measures, agree objectives, deadlines and responsibilities and ensure their implementation. You conduct regular performance talks and give honest, constructive feedback. You actively develop our standards for food safety and hygiene (including HACCP concepts), keep them up to date and ensure their implementation at all locations. Together with us, you create a digital QM tool in our software and integrate quality, hygiene and performance processes into our system landscape. Visit our locations throughout Germany and check product quality, recipe reliability, hygiene, cleanliness, brand appearance and operational processes. You support our partners in sustainably increasing sales, quality and customer satisfaction. You document your results in a structured manner and continuously develop our performance and quality management. You build this business unit together with the management and lay the structures for our further growth.

Secure MS Office skills are required for your daily work. You like to work with numbers and economic indicators. You can inspire people, speak plain text and communicate at the same time with appreciation. You trade independently and never lose sight of agreed measures. You bring a good commercial and entrepreneurial understanding. Experience in gastronomy, franchise, retail or store management is of advantage – however, personality and readiness to learn are more important to us. You want to build something instead of just managing existing processes. You are ready to regularly travel to our locations throughout Germany. Driving license class B.
