The processing and testing of invoices is your responsibility (DATEV company online). You count and control daily cash traffic as well as card payments. You digitize and classify documents and ask for their electronic transmission to the competent authorities. You take care of the mailing and mailing output, including acceptance, sorting and shipping preparation. You prepare monthly and quarterly statistics and take care of monthly and annual inventory. Maintenance contracts You keep in mind, check deadlines and make sure all agreements are complied with. You feel responsible for ordering the working clothes of the Füchschen family. The coordination and order of the office material runs over your table. The phone rings: you are the first contact for our guests and business partners. You are generally happy when the Füchschen team comes up with questions and concerns.

You have a completed commercial training, first professional experience, and enjoy numbers. You bring interest and motivation to develop yourself in administrative and managing tasks.
