The range of therapy is aimed at children and young people aged 6-18.

This is your working day

• Support of patients in the therapeutic process in their home/family environment
• Care based on individual competent patient support during the therapeutic process taking into account its resources
• Selection and accompaniment of pedagogical/experience pedagogical therapy offers
• Takeover of case management and performance documentation
• Professional relationship design with patients and relatives
• Intensive cooperation with the therapeutic team to create a treatment plan (article/psychological service, specialist therapists)
• independent implementation of therapeutic interventions with individual patients or groups
