You will continue and develop our Indi­tional Systems – focusing on our ERP systems – and will accompany the transformation of our ERP solution into a modern, future-oriented platform in the production environment. You are analysing and managing business processes (including AI-based), identifying potentials for automation and digitization and implementing them together with the specialist departments and service providers into a powerful AI operating system. You control external service providers at eye level, coordinate their use and facilitate cooperation with our departments and other stakeholders. You take over the project management for automotive, digital and IT projects and actively participate in the further development of our digital, IT and AI roadmap. You take responsibility in IT and digital projects and promote the further development and modernisation of our IT infrastructure and application landscape.

You have a completed study of economic informatics, computer science, artificial intelligence, BWL with IT focus or a comparable qualification and want to actively shape the digital future at Speidel as a graduate: in or with (first) professional experience. You will bring well-founded knowledge of the acquisition of modern IT structures (networks, hardware, standard software) as well as the support of ERP systems. You work structured and self-explanatory, keep dates in mind and combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality in an agile environment. You are strong in communication and understand complex technical topics, you will be happy to work with the departments across areas and share your knowledge in the team. You are passionate about automotive and AI solutions and ideally have first experience in implementing technical applications – or the willingness to work in it in a targeted manner.
