Employee Human Resources / Payroll Part-time (m/f/d)

You maintain the personal files of our employees and perform on- and off-boarding. You perform the control and care of the master and movement data as well as the management of holiday, absence and absence data. You take over the monthly wage and salary bill and take into account allowances, premiums, overtime as well as illness, holidays, parental leave etc. You create bills, certificates and reports for our employees and for external bodies reliably and on time. You communicate professionally with financial offices, social security institutions and health insurance funds. In case of audits (e.g. pension insurance, tax office) you actively support and ensure that all documents are fully and correctly available.

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a personal clerk, industrial clerk or tax specialist, or further training in personnel and in payment accounting Knowledge of wage and salary accounting and labour, wage and social security Safe handling of HR and accounting systems (ideally DATEV) and MS Office, especially Excel Ideally multiannual professional experience in human resources and payroll accounting Careful, structured and reliable operation High level of discretion and sense of responsibility Embossed service and employee orientation Communication strength, safe occurrence and team capability Organisational skill and loadability, in particular at billing times
