Supporting Programs & Events (m/w/d) You contribute to the smooth operation of the entire department directly in the control and organization of its tasks. You are a central part of a dedicated team that brings together four lectures: the event report, the youth and young adults unit, the family report and the dialogue and engagement unit. Together we create programs, projects and events that strengthen and make visible Jewish life in Germany.

Your tasks: You support the department management directly in all administrative and organizational matters – from time to time coordination, travel planning, protocol management and the preparation and follow-up of meetings and the follow-up of tasks and deadlines.
