You actively support the management and department leaders of Finance in all administrative and organizational tasks You support the organisation of the audit and disclosure of our annual accounts, the creation of financial contracts and the coordination of the timely release of tax returns You manage contracts, reports and other documents and support the organization of files on our Sharepoint You prepare meetings and prepare all relevant documents such as presentations in time You coordinate, plan and organize national and international dates and travel including travel cost accounting With team spirit and empathy you secure the flow of information between departments as a central interface You support various projects and special tasks

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position You are a team player with a strong organizational talent and are committed as well as strong in communication Your work is structured, independent and proactive You are routined in dealing with MS Office and are interested in new digital tools and methods You are creative and have an eye for attractive presentations and visual communication Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
