Spezialist Enduser Onsite Hardware Support (w/m/d) im Standort Berlin

With your technical support, you keep your back free of our employees: you are working on concerns, disturbances and support requests of our endusers to their hardware, are also on-site to the job and know you with special hardware, such as hand scanners, blind keyboards, signopad, etc. And if the problem is greater, you will forward the support request specifically to other relevant IT specialist teams and make sure that our processing times and rates are typopp. For technical on-, off- and reboarding, too, our users can count on you: you guarantee hardware functionality including bank-specific applications, check and request the necessary conditions for permissions and access. Of course, strict regulatory requirements apply to us as a bank. You have a vigilant eye on your compliance and close you – where necessary – with the relevant interfaces and executives. Clearly, you will ensure that our hardware lands where it is intended to have stockpile as well as transfer to processing in mind and take responsibility for both on-site and remote hardware release. You are always looking for ways of improving our processes, proactively discussing and writing with your team, as well as updated understandable guides, documentation and work instructions, e.g. for commissioning a company smartphone.

Specialized training (e.g. specialist informatics) / qualification or ideally completed studies in (economic) informatics, business management and the like. First professional experience in a comparable role Knowledge of current Windows operating systems (client), standard software, ITIL and multiple script languages Impressed customer and service orientation, readiness and motivation Good understanding, communication skills, enforcement skills and fun at work in the team Open to cultural diversity in an international environment German and English flowing in word and writing
