Our client is an established industrial company with approx. 100 employees at the local location. It impresses with a long historical tradition, a wide range of products for applications in a wide range of industries and the agility of a medium-sized company. As part of a owner-managed international group of companies, it is characterized by a historically grown, extensive machine park with diverse own developments. We are looking for a technical manager (m/w/d) for the management of the Technology Department in Production, Maintenance, Energy and Home Technology. Total responsibility for technology, maintenance and technical projects at the site including prioritization, resource planning and budget management Management and further development of the technical teams (approximately 10 MA) and operational cooperation in the transferred responsibility area Ensuring high plant availability through planning, control and implementation of maintenance and maintenance tasks Implementation of new machine and plant technology Optimization of production processes and layouts Responsibility for technical compliance (work safety, machinery directive, audit obligations) and participation in audits Cross-departmental cooperation and direct exchange with management Management of external service providers and suppliers incl. Contract, performance and cost control as well as spare parts and storage strategies

Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable training Expertise e.g. in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, machine construction Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a comparable function Experience in methodology, such as Lean Management Pragmatic, strong leadership with entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high self-responsibility and ability to motivate User knowledge of 2D or 3D-CAD software English language knowledge and willingness to occasional, scheduled service trips
