You know about building financing and want to introduce your experience to a team that works closely, supports each other and deals with challenges pragmatically? Then we look forward to meeting you. In our product management, we are looking for a personality that can safely classify bank criteria, processes and professional relationships - and we are pleased to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible manner and to develop them together with the team.

You form the technical connection between our sales and the financing partners and securely assign financing requirements, banking logics and customer needs. Together with your team, you are working to continuously develop our construction financing and make sure that everything goes smoothly in the daily business You continuously develop our products, conditions and processes around building financing. You analyze market trends, competitors, funding programs, and offers from lenders, and thereby initiate impulses for our product portfolio You evaluate bank-side requirements and processes and make sure You are processed and kept up-to-date. You are working on the further development of our internal processes and interfaces in the construction finance business You support our sales professionally and agree closely with internal departments as well as external financing partners You participate in projects with clear construction finance cover and introduce your expertise

You have a successfully completed commercial training - ideally with bank cover - a bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in building financing, for example in consulting, product management or in cooperation with sales partners You know well with bank partners, product processes, brokerage platforms and the operational building finance business You work structured, reliable and team-oriented, and you’re going to analytical and solution-oriented topics You have the pleasure of making complex technical relationships understandable and developing them together with others You have very good German knowledge (at least C1) for cooperation with sales, partners and internal teamsNote: Pure project or process management profiles without technical reference to building financing do not fit this role
