About the area As the Research & Development (RD) department in the TCD, we develop long-term product and platform strategies for MIELE relevant drive technology, which can be found in the RD-led technology and product roadmaps. We are also responsible for the development and qualification of drives and drive systems from the idea to series production for the entire MIELE Group. We also understand ourselves as a contact person and technology consultant for all MIELE Business Units and works in drive-relevant topics. Developing innovative solutions, USPs and concepts are significantly supported by the RD functions of benchmarking, idea management and patent monitoring.
