We are looking for you as Kantinenmitarbeiter/in (gn) in 70439 Stuttgart.

DAS BRINGING YOUR STRAHLEN:

• You will receive an unlimited contract from day 1
• You earn up to €21.50 an hour - according to experience
• Working hours are between 06:00 and 14:00
• Full time and part time possible
• Your holiday entitlement rises up to 30 days a year after affiliation
• You get a supplement for overtime

• Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a team of 7 employees
• staff allocation, holiday planning, personnel development and qualification
• Control and organization of daily kitchens
• Purchasing, acceptance, storage and economic use of food, beverages and kitchen accessories
• Ensuring hygiene regulations (HACCP, Infection Protection Act) and quality control
• Creation of menus, price calculation, control of food preparation and daily billing of the canteen
• With the help of the preparation, delivery and preparation of meals, support in the rinsing area and kiosk
• Planning and execution of promotions and celebrations (e.g. seniors, internal events)
• Contact person for suppliers, implementation of economic requirements and maintenance of price information in the system

**DAMIT KANNST

• Completed training in the economic or gastronomic field (of advantage)
• Experience in canteen management or gastronomy desirable
• Good knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP, IfsG)
• Representative team and leadership skills
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
• Secure handling of PC
