Maintenance, maintenance and monitoring of the entire building technology/house technology: heating and energy systems, e.g. heat, air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as lighting systems Commissioning of communication, fire detection and lighting systems and devices Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of safety systems such as smoke detection, fire extinguishing, emergency call, access control systems and sprinkler devices Maintenance and maintenance of electrical equipment and machines Conversion and extension measures such as installation of distributions, cable trays, lines, switching devices and luminaires Accompanying external companies and external craftsmen as part of maintenance and rebuilding Creation of test and measurement protocols

(m/w/d) Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) or Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Technical understanding of plant engineering and network technology Responsive work as well as pronounced service and quality orientation Good knowledge of German in word and writing Good MS Office knowledge Safer in handling and understanding of PLC applications are advantageous (Siemens Logo, Simatic Manager, TIA Portal) Knowledge of electrical CAD software, ideal in SEE Electrical High level of team capacity, flexibility and commitment
