Project Management Finance Division (m/f/d)

A result-oriented and service-oriented personality is sought, which is primarily entrusted with the tasks of the handling and management of third-party projects in accordance with § 71 of the Higher Education Act. Responsibilities include support in the application phase, acceptance, implementation and management of research and development projects financed from funds of different funding. Financial and administrative support of project management in the application phase Project and funding monitoring after approval Examination and verification of the correct implementation of the funding measures Controlling of flows (income and expenditure) in accordance with the financing plans and coordination with the project management Means request / Invoicing as well as administrative consulting of the project lines Creation of proofs of cost and use Financial audits, commitments and approvals when the project staff is hired Working up and processing of tests by the mediators Participation in internal and cross-departmental process analyses and improvements

Completed commercial training or comparable study Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications, ideally also in SAP English knowledge Knowledge of budgetary law is desirable Experience in public administration is advantageous High commitment and team capability Self-employed and targeted work Communicative and safe occurrence
