You work with the Head Coach to guarantee a unique shopping experience for our customers and provide the best service. You co-ordinate, support and support a diverse team and ensure an excellent working atmosphere (e.g. setting new employees:inside, further development, performance management, staff occupation). Management of tools and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance and increase customer satisfaction. You monitor various areas such as commercial, athletes and customer experience. Support the implementation of NIKE strategies in the store (e.g. sustainability, NIKE membership, digital offers). Provide insights to optimize the positioning of your store in the local market. Ensure that all NIKE standards and guidelines are complied with. Working in cooperation with various business partners from stores and the headquarters.

Passion for NIKE and/or love for sport Preferred 4 years or more experience in retail Multiannual, successful experience in leadership positions Safe handling of Retail KPI German and English (in word and writing) Extensive experience and competence to provide a special customer service The ability to work with internal and external stakeholders on site and remotely The ability to work independently and solution-oriented The talent to build, develop and promote a strong team Ready to work on weekends and shifts
