In the course of our growth strategy and to support our team, we are looking for a specialist and dedicated team at the next time Interior designer/Polsterer(master) – industrial bed production (M/W/D) in full time We design, develop and manufacture trendy upholstery and box-spring beds at the Rastatt site in Baden-Württemberg and are among the ten most famous furnishing brands in Germany. Our success is based on a customer-oriented business philosophy with strong products, secure processes and experienced, motivated employees.

You develop covers and upholstery for boxspring and upholstery beds – from the first idea to series maturity – as well as prototypes for our development workshop, trade fairs or photo studios. For this purpose, you create accurate CAD processing for fabrics as well as quilting and sewing programs and work closely with our design, purchasing and production. Together with suppliers and external service providers, select new fabric collections, mattresses and toppers and bring them into series successfully. What you do makes you 100%. This proves your cleanly documented sewing/polster processes as well as development and article master data, which form an important basis for our work plans and piece lists or our production. And even if you incorporate technical (product stem) data into our ERP system, you can understand your craft!

Completed design for/to the room outfitter/in, industrial upholstery/paddedin, tailor/in, textile and fashion approximate/-in or the like, preferably with further training to/from the master/in Multiannual practical experience, ideally in industrial production Experience in CAD processing, fabric cutting and quilting Market and material knowledge in the field of fabrics, artificial leather, mattresses and topper as well as safe handling of machines, processes and materials Routine in Office and ERP systems High quality standards as well as an independent, structured way of working, team capacity and strong interest in continuous product optimization
