Production Manager Textile Services (m/f/d)

Management responsibility: guidance and further development of around 120 employees including layer lines in the two-layer system. With presence on the production area, you are looking for orientation, mobility and a powerful team Employees: You recognize what your team needs to do to work well, and implement concrete measures to strengthen the mobility, concentration and availability of work in everyday work Production control: You are responsible for the personnel deployment planning, the continuation of production processes and a frictionless output, including short-term outages or bottlenecks Lean Management and Process Optimization: You identify potential for optimisation, implement measures and establish Lean methods as well as the continuous improvement process (KVP) in everyday work Quality and safety management: You will ensure the integration of our quality, hygiene and safety standards through clear procedures and consistent action KPI management: You analyze production performance, take appropriate measures and develop the performance of the production area continuously

Qualification: Completed technical training with further training as a master / technician (m/w/d) or a study in the field of production, logistics, economic engineering or engineering – is more important than the completion of your experience in the operational production environment Management experience: Multiannual practice in the team management in production, logistics or shift operations – for example as production management, operation management, shift management or area management Production planning: Safe handling of personnel deployment planning, production control, capacity planning and process optimization – also in dynamic conditions Lean Competence: Confidentiality with Lean Management, Con­nuation Processes (KVP) and Steering with Relevant Key Figures Strength of decision: Analytical thinking, pragmatic approaches and the ability to make informed decisions even under time pressure Com­munication strength: Com­petitive appearance, capacity for implementation and joy in developing co­workers and successfully accompanying understanding
