Senior IT Service Manager – IT Operations / KRITIS Energy Industry (m/f/d)

As a member of our special IT, you organize the operation of our diversified IT service portfolio and accompany or design various IT services throughout the entire life cycle (starting with commissioning). orchestrate internal stakeholders and external service providers and ensure high service quality of the IT services provided; You can control complex developments of IT services in the sense of modern project management methods. You will also arrange business concerns, plan budget and resources, design the contracts in cooperation with other departments and ensure service levels. You organize the internal performance with administrators, architects and other process participants and see yourself as part of your service team in the joint responsibility for operational operation. In your role, you will also ensure IT operating processes according to ITIL and check compliance and IT security regulations according to ISO 27001.

You have completed your studies of (economic) informatics or business administration / BWL with the focus on IT; Alternatively, you will bring training in the IT business environment and professional experience (8+ years) in the IT service management in the KRITIS area. Ideally, you have already been active in the energy industry or have at least a high level of willingness to work into relevant topics. You are versed in dealing with common IT tools (MS Office, SAP, PowerBI) and are quickly working into new systems and bringing sound ITIL knowledge (even ITIL 4). Your competence in the management of IT systems is as well as your openness for new challenges. As an independent and solution-oriented personality, You are inspiring with good analytical skills that communicate safely orally as in writing – in German and fluent English.
