What to do is

With your educational team, you will create a new, stationary youth assistance facility in Kiel, which will be set up for the reception and care of children and young people taken care of.

• organisation and management of the household for 5 to 6 children and young people incl. caregivers:inside:

• preparation of a weekly plan for food, taking into account the wishes and cultural backgrounds of children and young people

• Purchasing and ordering the necessary foods and preparation of food

• The rooms of the inhabitants: inside

• Responsibility for laundry

• Procurement or ordering of cleaning and hygiene articles

• to carry out further activities in the vicinity of the house

• Instruction and support of children and young people in household activities and preparation of food

• Guidance and support of pedagogical staff:internal questions on budget management and nutrition

• cleaning of the house and guidance of children and young people in the cleaning of their competence

♪ What you bring

• ** You have a completed school degree.

• Experience. Experiences as domestic power or Mayor:in and/or in a craft profession are required.

• Quality. They have knowledge of budgeting and stock management.

• **Health certificates.**  Imports according to the Masernschutzgesetz for all born after 1970 (please add). In addition, a proof of instruction must be given in accordance with §§42,43 Infection protection law may be present or the willingness to acquire this in the short term.

The “Jugendhaus Göteborgring” is a newly created inobservatory place according to § 42 SGB VIII and, in time, the food point for up to 5-6 children and adolescents who cannot live in their parents’ home.

Children and adolescents have to cope with a difficult situation of life with the help of professionals, perhaps with violence and abuse experiences, if necessary War and escape experiences, with neglect, drug addiction or alcohol addiction or self-harm.

The teams in the youth houses consist of social pedagogues:inside, educators:inside and a household power.

Working hours are working days and are preferably in the morning.

The facility is not barrier-free. The facility extends over two floors, an elevator is not available.

The specialist office is happy to provide a hospitation in an already existing youth house.
