As a strategic partner*in, you control the entire recruiting process: from precise demand analysis to the development of tailor-made job profiles to the selection of the most effective channels and the final decision for the right person. You advise our leaders at eye level, offer Sparring and extend your expertise and market knowledge to look at recruiting strategies and decision options. You are actively engaged in the implementation of an Active Sourcing Strategy and will be entrusted with identifying talents on platforms such as LinkedIn. With sovereignty and structure, you moderate challenging decision-making processes, bring together different perspectives and ensure clear, transparent and comprehensible occupation decisions. You shape our processes sensitive to discrimination and secure fair, objective and chance-oriented selection decisions through structured interviews and transparent evaluation criteria. At your work, you rely on data-based recruiting and use key figures to optimize and improve our processes.

You have a completed commercial training or can provide a completed university degree. A personalised additional qualification, e.g. as a personal specialist, a personnel consultant or a comparable qualification, is desirable but not a must. You bring multi-year experience in managing holistic end-to-end recruiting processes, ideally bringing professional experience from the personnel consulting and recruiting on the company side. Finding experience in Active Sourcing is your profile: you use tools and platforms strategically and combine analytical thinking with a sense for people to win top talents for us. You communicate clearly, bindingly and address-orientedly: you understand how to identify the needs of your customers and get them into the recruiting strategies and selection processes. Proactivity, sense of responsibility and a high level of quality, and you will be able to travel to events and trade fairs in the future.
