At the next time we are looking for full-time or part-time (min. 80%) Projektmanager (m/w/d) with responsibility for the management of the property and the management of municipal civil engineering measures.

Responsibility for the management and further development of a team of currently 6 employees, including resource management, personnel discussions and training planning management of new construction and renovation projects over all HOAI performance phases; Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing complex projects as a contractor representation Coordination of architectural and engineering offices as well as the award, testing and controlling of contracts according to HOAI, VOB, UVgO/VgV – including follow-up and warranty management ensuring compliance with project budgets and timetables and monitoring of structural quality; Perception of operator responsibility including traffic safety obligations Planning, monitoring and control of budget resources in the field of expertise and implementation of public tenders and cost control preparation and presentation of decision-making templates, participation in meetings with administration, politics and the public; Coordination with internal and external actors Participation in digitalization in the building industry (e.g. BIM, CAFM), development of concepts for sustainable construction and building of area and documentation management A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of public building projects and well-founded knowledge in building and contract law (HOAI, VOB, UVgO) Knowledge of local and administrative law is advantageous Leadership and competence in team management, project management and personnel development Safe occurrence, organisational skills, negotiation security and pronounced communicative skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1 to GER)
