Your duties Coordination: You coordinate the construction tasks from work preparation, execution and completion of the project Offer processing: You actively participate in the acquisition, the offer and negotiation strategy and the determination of the offer price Responsibility: You conduct contract negotiations with the contractors and are responsible for contract management with the contracting party. You are responsible for the performance, budget and earnings responsibility for the associated construction sector as well as quality assurance as well as occupational and health protection Organization: You conduct the votes with the contacts of other trades and organize the teams assigned to you on the project Your profile Relevant qualification: You have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or an equivalent comparable qualification and bring several years of well-founded experience in the field of infrastructure and/or industrial engineering with Digital Skills: You have a strong technical understanding and go routined with MS Office products Language skills: You can safely control the German and English language for professional communication Leadership and persuasion: With their natural communication strength, you can lead and inspire people.
