Exams in health and (children)care and at least two years of professional experience in paediatric care completed bachelor's degree in pedagogy, vocational education or a comparable field Qualification as a practical instruction with a minimum of 300 hours (or 200 hours for purchase until 31.12.2019) well-founded knowledge of generalist nursing training in accordance with care professions law (PflBG) and training and examination regulations (PflAPrV) Experience and commitment in the guidance and promotion of trainees and students Ability to method-didactic mediation and to implement and document process-oriented care structured, solution-oriented working and organizational talent high technical and social competence, sense of responsibility and creativity in training work Interest in developing training concepts and practical studies
