Continuous communication between troops on the battlefield and services in the hinterland: This is the goal of our new customer project, where, among other things, direct radio systems are used for digital data transmission.

Projektleiter (m/w/d) Contact person for project and product teams for system/product safety and the resulting requirements and processes System analysis for identifying risks and risks and appropriate countermeasures Assessment of safety concepts and architectures as part of the overall system requirements Disconnection of safety requirements to the various disciplines (hardware, software and mechanics) from customer requirements and own analyses Creation of release-relevant documents Monitoring and assessment of compliance with processes necessary to achieve safety objectives Cooperation in the planning of verification and validation of products Evaluation of verification and validation results regarding the achievement of the safety objectives Creation of development-related security documentation Implementation of impact analyses for product changes/improvements Responsibility for the safety relevant internal and external interfaces (e.g. customers, suppliers and other development partners but also auditors) Development of in-house methods and processes for implementing the respective safety standards within development projects Cooperation in overarching bodies (e.g. CoC Safety, Working Groups of the BAAINBw)

Complete technical studies (Diplom, Master) (Machine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science) First experience in the application of the Product Safety Act Knowledge in SysML/UML and modern SW development and test methods Safe handling of various analysis tools Knowledge and experience in quality and configuration management English language skills (in word and writing) Experience in (military) large projects (several hundred million) Ability to derive concrete requirements for projects from standards and standards Experience in the moderation of interdisciplinary teams Fast understanding and ability to convince and enforce Ability to manage conflict Global readiness
