The tasks of the team include the preparation and execution of E/E claws on the vehicles, the creation of Functional Mockups (FMU), testing of the functions in the entire vehicle, error analysis, E/E error management, and the maturity assessment of the E/E systems of the entire vehicle. We are looking for motivated student support for exciting tasks in the MB.OS Total Vehicle System Integration E/E. The special attractiveness of this activity lies in the direct technical reference and the daily contact with the latest test vehicles of the Group. Our team is located in the brand new, state-of-the-art and attractive ''Electric Software Hub'' (ESH) at the Mercedes-Benz Development Center in Sindelfingen. These tasks and challenges await you: Support in the organisation of test drives and E/E claws to secure the overall vehicle functions in the E/E sector Support in the conversion of E/E credit vehicles, e.g. exchange of control units, control unit logistics, play-up of current control unit software with new functions or bug fixes, read-out and evaluation of fault memory entries as well as error analysis and fixation performing functional checks of the overall vehicle functions after the update to the latest hardware and software on the test vehicles Creation of error descriptions in error management tool Assignment of the complaints to the respective E/E field areas based on a first error analysis (in cooperation with error coordinator or test managers) Did we awaken your interest?
