In the 3.5 years of your training, you will learn what it takes to produce injection moulds for series production of different tools. At the vocational school you will get the theoretical know-how about the most precise manufacturing methods that you gradually use during operation to process metal and plastic parts. For example, you saw, fly, polish and drill workpieces using technical drawings. In addition, you mount individual parts to functional tools and service as well as program CNC-controlled machines. Then, even up to the range of less thousandths of a millimeter, you will check if you did everything right. Just as carefully repair damaged tool parts: your expert look simply does not miss anything at the end of the training – and we would like to continue to put on you.

Intermediate education (Realschule Graduate or General Higher Education) – with good grades in technology, mathematics, German and natural sciences (physics, chemistry) Basic IT knowledge (MS Office) and in English ( desirable) Enthusiasm for machines and technical relationships desire for craft activities and to achieve a higher level in many areas Skill and eye-hand coordination (e.g. for sawing, milling, filing and grinding of metal parts) With a tidy portion of motivation, fun at teamwork, openness and reliability you will achieve a lot here.
