Design and development of our modern Microsoft 365 environment (users, groups, licenses, security, compliance) Building smart automation solutions and runbooks (e.g. PowerShell) that simplify processes Direct contact with colleagues throughout Germany – quick help and visible effect Active cooperation on the rollout of our virtualization project (migration, setup, troubleshooting) Responsibility for stable operation and monitoring of central IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups) Designing exciting digitalization and automation projects with a lot of freedom for ideas Contribution to IT security and compliance measures that secure our growth Exchange of knowledge in the team, documentation and joint building of a strong IT base

You have a completed IT training or a study in the technical field Microsoft 365 / O365, Azure AD and Exchange Online are your specialty that you can do with us In dealing with networks, servers, backups and monitoring, you keep our systems running In scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and automation you make processes smarter Practical IT administration with cloud and virtualization focus is your profile Ideally, you bring experience with tools like Jira or Confluence to drive projects efficiently Very good knowledge of German in word and writing allow you to have a clear and valuable communication in the team and with our customers With your motivation, willingness to learn and technology affinity, you get the space to develop With hands-on mentality, self-initiative and clear communication, you actively shape our digital future
