Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

For our Quality Assurance department we are looking for a plasma center in Bremen City Projektmanager (m/w/x) (Full time / limited for 2 years as part of parental leave)

Support, implementation and review of quality assurance measures using established Q systems. You ensure quality oversight in the plasma center. Processing and coordination of deviations, amendments, document revisions, and the creation and approval of GMP documents and the processing of complaints Independent support as a QM officer in the plasma center. You act as a central contact person in all quality assurance issues. Participation in the further development of Group-wide quality management Planning and implementation of training Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits, GEMBA Walks Leadership of projects in responsibility

Experience as a quality management officer and/or experience in the GMP environment High level of enthusiasm, self-initiative and independent working Very good quality awareness and analytical and solution-oriented thinking & acting Good English knowledge of word and writing Advanced computer skills in Office applications Ready to travel around approx. 5-10% of working time
