A completed technical training or Study in the field of civil engineering/facilty management or comparable Possible multi-year professional experience in technical real estate management Safe handling of MS Office programs Structured and independent operation Communication capability and sovereign appearance to tenants and service providers Responsibility, care and discretion readiness to travel within the portfolio area and driving licence class B
