You're burning for challenges?**

• With your Expertise in the field of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management, you are directly Project and/or Application Responsibility.

• You analyze and design efficient, multi-valued processes in the SAP SucFactors with a focus on Employee Central and/or Time Management, not disregarding the global view** in the design phase.

• You take the concept and conduct of mostly hybrid HXM consulting projects at our clientship as Lead/subproject management in mainly **international projects.

• As Lead, you are either responsible for the technical implementation of the technical requirements using Configuration in your own right or with your team.

• You develop pending customer relationships and support Interesse inPresales**.

• You have a multiannual SAP experience as a consultant:in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. First experiences in the integration of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central are of advantage.

• Alternatively, you could successfully implement first projects in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management – ideally also in the commercial sector. You've acquired knowledge over the connection of time management terminals to SuccessFactors and experiences with the Integration Center.

• You bring a depth understanding of the process for the main processes and have good knowledge** in business processes and in dealing with business agreements/subcontracts.

• You have extensive experience in the implementation of global projects with cross-departmental stakeholders in the international environment, focusing on SAPSuccessFactors Employee Central.**

• For the focus SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, knowledge in SAP HCM and/or other time management solutions are advantageous.

• You are communicative and have good German- and good English skills.

- A predominantly regional willingness to travel in specific project phases is of course for you.
