The team Product Management Roadside Assistance & Mobilo is designed and manages all relevant processes for breakdown aid at Mercedes-Benz and the mobility product “Mobilo”. We develop the products, drive digitization and automation forward and ensure that our customers are supported in the event of a breakdown. We live a hybrid working model: flexible home office days are complemented by fixed office days to strengthen exchange, collaboration and team spirit. In close cooperation with our employees in Maastricht we work internationally – English is therefore part of our daily work. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a dedicated working student who actively contributes to shaping the future of Mercedes-Benz' mobility services. This is what awaits you: You will be part of a motivated team working strategic, processive and operational. Your tasks include: Mobilo Product and Guideline Management: Support in the release planning and implementation of regular updates of our MB service partners in the backend system

Editing the content & Release

Preparation of release communication in cooperation with Communication & Marketing

Participation and implementation of the Guideline Simplification project

Support for rollout of product improvements and renewals

Working in developing an AI-based search function in the online application of our manual

Process & KPI management: Monthly KPI report from our contractual partner

Coordination of the team mailbox and distribution of incoming requests to the team

Processing of customer data deletion requests

Administration and award of accesses for the online application of our manual

Communication & Community: Care of the RSA Community Intranet Page

Controlling articles & content for the dealer platform

The activity can begin from September 2026 (catch: 16–20h/week).

Studies in the field of economic engineering, (international) economics, economics or in a comparable degree course

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

High level of initiative, creativity and the ability to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way

Representative team, communication and cooperation capability

Joy in questioning, improving processes and shaping new things together
