Pre-written compulsory practice within the framework of a higher education programme (e.g. business management, economics, (economic) psychology or comparable study programme) with a duration of ideally 6 months (required) Preferably first practical experiences in the HR context Interest in IT and new challenges Team-oriented personality with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities as well as quick presentation Self-employed, proactive and structured working methods with good analytical capabilities Safe handling of MS Office products flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
