Negotiations: You conduct independent negotiations with suppliers on prices and terms of reference

Supplier Search: You identify new sources of supply, check offers and forget orders in coordination with your supervisor

Market observation: You continuously test the market with regard to new and sustainable materials, prices, terms and conditions and alternative suppliers (material field strategy)

Procurement: You are responsible for the procurement of labels, auxiliary packaging materials, auxiliary and operating materials at optimal prices and ensure the timely provision

Order processing: You collect and process orders, complaints and credits

Contract management: You audit and design contracts with our suppliers in self-responsibility

Project work: You actively support projects in purchasing

Additional activities: You perform further tasks as part of your purchase as required

Training/Studium: You have successfully completed your studies in the business sector with the focus on material management or a comparable field of expertise, or you have a training as an industrial businessman/woman and an additional qualification as a specialist in the field of materials management and methods in purchasing

Professional experience: You already have first experience in purchasing, ideally in the field of packaging materials, collected

Project management: You bring experience in project management or you want to develop yourself in this area

IT knowledge: You ideally have user knowledge in SAP MM

Languages: You convince us with your fluent, reliable German and conversation-proof English skills

Personality: You are strong and work both service, destination and customer oriented

Soft Skills: Your safe appearance, your high communication and conflictability, and your high level of self-initiative characterize you
