Senior Quality Control & Supplier Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Senior Quality Control & Supplier Quality Specialist, you play a central role in ensuring and developing our supplier quality along the entire supply chain. You work closely with internal teams and international suppliers, identify quality risks at an early stage and promote sustainable improvement.

Your contribution guarantees that our UAVs can be used in a reliable, precise and powerful way around the world - and thus the technological top position of Quantum-Systems remains secure.

What is your Day to Day Mission: Implementation of goods receipt checks and sample-like goods exit checks based on technical drawings and specifications

Construction, maintenance and further development of test and documentation processes (digital & standardized)

Creation, tracking and escalation of complaints (8D, NCRs) in close coordination with suppliers

Analysis of causes of errors and derivation and prosecution of sustainable corrective and preventive measures

Development and monitoring of supplier key figures (KPIs) to assess and improve performance

Active participation in supplier development (e.g. audits, reviews, improvement programs)

Close cooperation with purchasing, development and production for preventive quality assurance

What you bring to the team:

Complete technical training (e.g. aerospace, mechatronics, material engineering, model construction, etc.)

Multiannual Experience in Quality Assurance with Focus on Supplier Management / Supplier Quality

Funded knowledge of complaint management (e.g. 8D), root cause analysis and quality methods (core tools)

Experience in handling technical drawings, specifications and testing processes

Impressed quality awareness and a structured, independent working

Communication strength and enforcement capability in dealing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Affinity for UAVs as well as aerospace technology

Very good knowledge of German and English
