YEARS: In this function, you will report directly to the Head of Business Law of Amprion GmbH. In your team you are responsible

• the support of society for all national and international issues of energy law, including the regulation of the energy industry

• in particular legal issues relating to network charges, unbundling requirements, network connection and access as well as energy law liability regulations

• advice on questions of energy-efficient rolling and transfer systems according to EnWG, EEG and KWKG

• the company's energy-related consulting in international projects and cooperations regarding bottlenecks, market coupling and electricity market design

• Legal questions on abuse supervision after the GWB and telecommunications issues after the TKG

• the legal representation of the company before authorities and courts as well as in interest groups and working groups

• the accompaniment, evaluation and implementation of relevant legal amendments for society

• Full jury with two predicatesexamina

• deepened knowledge of national and international energy law, in particular in the right to regulate energy

• well-founded long-term professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work, including in an economic law firm or an energy business

• a structured, analytical and results-oriented method

• very high social competence, very good communication skills, team orientation

• pronounced initiative, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action in energy and macroeconomic contexts

• Treatable English skills
