Ideally completed studies on/to industrial or civil engineer, or completed commercial training or comparable knowledge and skills acquired through professional experience and further training Including experience in purchasing materials and subcontractors in the construction industry desirable Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office iTWO knowledge is beneficial Negotiating skills, communication strength and enforcement ability Ideally good knowledge in building and contract law and VOB/B Good technical understanding of advantage Teamability and reliability as well as independent, committed and careful operation
