Complete studies in marketing, business or related fields At least 5 years of experience in online marketing Proven experience in leadership and motivation of teams and in the development of employees Outstanding skills in strategic planning and implementation of marketing measures Excellent organizational skills and experience in project management Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with marketing analyses and reports Knowledge of modern marketing tools and technologies as well as the latest trends in digital marketing Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
