Lawyer / Business Lawyer (m/f/d)

You proactively advise our departments and executives on their diverse legal issues and are an important part of entrepreneurial decisions as a solution-oriented Sparring Partner (m/w/d). You accompany projects and decisions from the first idea to the implementation and develop pragmatic, right-wing solutions. In your recommendations, you bring legal requirements, economic impacts and business goals into a meaningful balance. The careful preparation, examination and negotiation of contracts, documents and guidelines are your daily tasks. You take over the management and coordination of external legal advice and ensure smooth, efficient cooperation. Together with the team, you support the implementation of data protection regulations and actively participate in the further development of our compliance measures. You work closely with the management, departments and our parent company Hubert Burda Media.

A degree in law or business law is the basis of your qualification. (m/w/d), Legal Counsel (m/w/d) or in a law firm that is oriented to business law, you have already collected your first professional experience. You have a well-founded knowledge of contractual, commercial and corporate law. Knowledge of data protection law is advantageous. You have great communication strength and can convey complex legal issues clearly, understandably and addressably. You actively listen to specialist areas, listen carefully and develop pragmatic solutions together with the participants, which you drive independently and accompany until implementation. You work profit-oriented and binding, think entrepreneurial and are open to digital working and modern legal technology applications. Analytical thinking, a structured working and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation complete your profile.
