Team Leader Card Processes (m/f/d)

Control and monitoring of our external service providers (including service and technical processors) in the credit card business to ensure efficient and high-quality operation. Technical and technical responsibility for our credit card systems as well as their interfaces, including continuous optimization and further development. Coordination of the release planning and close coordination with IT, including independent creation and qualified examination of technical and DV concepts. Leadership and further development of the “Card Processes” team with a focus on personnel development and the establishment of agile working methods. Creation of decision templates and process documentation as well as professional representation of the bank in external bodies.

Multiannual professional experience in credit card business and the management of complex projects (agile and classic). Management experience as well as very good expertise and industry knowledge in the banking environment. Knowledge of product and process management and agile methods. Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as pronounced analytical thinking. Complete university studies with a business or financial background or a comparable qualification. Agiles Mindset, high self-initiative and a strong sense of quality and responsibility. .
