In addition to the office and social buildings, these also include workshops, warehouses, wash halls and areas, gas tanks, salt silos and mixing facilities as well as the infrastructural supply and disposal networks. Responsible for the design, management, planning and implementation of new construction, refurbishment and renovation projects in the field of technical building equipment with the focus on spatial air technology Control and coordinate the planning and construction process and all internal and external experts involved Tracking of defects in warranty period and continuous testing of plants with the aim of life cycle optimization Set up, process and follow maintenance plans Development of performance directories for maintenance and framework contracts Testing and optimising internal standards and their documentation

Completed Higher Education (FH Diploma / Bachelor) of Engineering in Technical Building Equipment, Building Technology, Supply Technology or an equivalent discipline Long-term professional experience in technical planning and technical engineering as well as several years of professional experience as project manager:in the field of spatial air technology in commercial and industrial construction Extensive knowledge of legal, technical and business conditions driving licence class B
