How your day looks like • In direct collaboration with exciting people, you take a lot of time for individual, holistic care and promote your own competences of the residents to preserve and strengthen them. • By actively designing and developing individual and tailor-made care concepts and more sustainable structures, you enrich our team through your expertise • You plan leisure activities, organize excursions and promote active participation in social life - whether on site or on trips • You use alternative forms of communication with the help of our proven concept for people with reduced language skills • In a family atmosphere, you will strengthen the community through joint activities, meals and diverse offers • In addition to the focus in the educational support, you also take over the basic care of our clients (support during dressing and extraction, showering, oral care and dental care, etc.) • Encourage our clients to express their wishes, to trust things and try new things!

You can look forward to • A permanent employment of 50-100 % • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E7 (48.200€– 61.200€ Full time/year - depending on the experience - incl. Annual special payment and fixed allowances), plus time supplements and operating age
